Prices

Suriya Lifestyle’s price list is valid for a period of 30 days.

Samples

Sample items will be charged to the customer but deducted when an order is placed.

Order Confirmations

All orders must be confirmed by fax and signed. Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.

Production Time

6-8 weeks after payment confirmation. New designs may require an additional week for technical drawings.

Payments

70% advance payment is required. Payment is made via bank transfer.

Packing

Standard packing is with corrugated wrap paper. Special requests for additional packing will incur extra charges.

Customer Complaints

Complaints are accepted if the total value of damages exceeds 5% of the container’s total value. Claims must be made within three weeks of receipt.
